- RVR VSep 24, 20241.0“The front desk lady Ann is very helpful and reasonable. I've only ever put in one work request and it was done in a few hours.” Update: Ann isn’t here anymore. For whatever reason they’ve become slowly more and more strict about things. When I first moved here, gas grills were still allowed on our patios, just nothing with charcoal or smokers. We’ve lost that privilege but rent hasn’t gone down. They decided they did not want people to have a blink cameras at their doors, I understand this because it would be pointing directly into someone else’s home, but they went further and whined about people having them inside of their houses. Did they add deadbolts to everyone’s door to increase safety? Of course not. Service staff are kind and friendly, but the office will still send you bills claiming you owe the money that you don’t. You will have to go down and waste your time arguing with them to get them to fix it. This will most likely be my last year here and I would not recommend it anymore. Update 2 literally came back and said I owe money AGAIN. After saying it was their error and I didn’t owe anything they came back and said I owe it again. They are awful and incompetent. Over priced rent and idiotic management. Pigeon shit everywhere! Massive amounts of it between buildings while it’s caked on and splattered on the sides. Truly a disgusting place. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF RENTING HERE.
