  This is a shady organization. Apparently the previous ownership cared about their tenants, but RoundHouse their new parent company ownership does not. The apartment we rented after being forced from our apartment in Big Sky, was whitewashed from damage from previous tenants. Yellowing urine stains were painted over haphazardly on base boards. The blinds still had chew marks and the toilet seat covered with scratches from pets being locked in the bathroom. The build quality of the apartment was terrible. No sound proofing at all. We suffered through an entire year of hearing everything our neighbor was doing. Icy sidewalks most mornings and not enough parking for the residents that lived there. We were desperate when we signed a lease here, but not a single tenant we spoke with during our time here had anything good to say. They charged $140 to have a 10x10 bedroom carpet cleaned and another $200 cleaning fee after we scrubbed that place cleaner than when we found it. I am in Property Management and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a leasing company. Do not rent from these greedy people!

  id stay away from here. way too pricey, the property girls will take your money but wont seem to do much else. its a shame since they seem so nice and willing to help up front. guess thats my mistake from renting from here. the same mistake wont happen again.
