  I have been living here for 1 month and 22 days. I could even leave a positive review, but unfortunately the management prefers not to solve the problems in our apartment. The washing machine is full of mold. They keep saying the issue was resolved, but all they do is run the machine in a “clear” mode with a cleaning foam. That does not fix the problem, and they keep closing the service orders without addressing the real issue. They know the solution would be to replace the machine or at least the rubber around the door. The detergent drawer also doesn’t belong to this washer, and they never replaced it. We have sent several emails, made phone calls, and placed multiple work orders, but the problem was never solved. The last order has been open for 10 days with no call, no answer, and no attempt to build a relationship with the residents. Another problem is the dryer, which has a bad belt and makes several loud, irritating noises. Again, no real resolution from management. Overall, the apartment itself is fine, nothing else major to complain about. But we are very disappointed with the management, and they could definitely improve a lot.

  West Village is perfectly situated in a quiet little area of town. Right near some wetlands - I always hear singing birds outside. I also love the close access to some city trails.

  I found this apartment while I was still living in Colorado.And was a little nervous getting everything set up without actually seeing the apartment. I arrived in June and couldn’t be happier with my place. Its a great quiet corner of town with easy access to all areas Ive only had one minor maintenance issue and it was corrected immediately. I would recommend living here.

  id stay away from here. way too pricey, the property girls will take your money but wont seem to do much else. its a shame since they seem so nice and willing to help up front. guess thats my mistake from renting from here. the same mistake wont happen again.
