Like any new build apartment complex, there’s some issues with construction quality and noise insulation. However, prices are competitive, the units and amenities are nice, and the grounds are amazing. Additionally, I’ve had great experiences with the staff. The maintenance team always responds promptly and won’t call a job finished until the issue is resolved. The front office folks are kind, know all their residents, and are willing to work with you. That type of consistency should be a major consideration in choosing where to rent.
