  Just moved out after a year and had a great experience. The apartment was so spacious and clean but I will say sound echoes quite a bit, downstairs neighbors had 3 dogs which didn’t help. Moving in was super easy especially being as it was so last minute. Maintenance guy was friendly and my cat loved him, didn’t have many problems but when we did they were very quick to resolve. Parking lot gets rough in the winter since half of the lot doesn’t move after the first snow but they do a hell of a job clearing up what they can. The move out checklist was very intense vs any apartment I’ve rented previously but it raised my standard for future ones. Cons: The apartment is far too expensive for lack of community amenities, door/entrance was too small to bring in a normal sized couch so it went in/out of the balcony😂

  My husband and I recently moved in to the Madison Apartments after stressful apartment hunting in the area, and I have to say this has been such a breath of fresh air. From the application process to move-in, everything was smooth and straightforward. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the location is great, and the community is quiet and well-kept. We’ve especially appreciated how well the property is managed; Kelsey, the Property Manager, has been fantastic to work with. She’s responsive, professional, and made us feel welcome right away. We’re really happy to call this place home!

  I moved out of these apartments about a month ago and had one of the best rental experiences of my life. Which says a lot from someone who has rented here in Bozeman for over a decade! The property management company was prompt and timely with every request whether it be maintenance or a basic noise complaint. They also didn’t do what most property management companies do and take our entire deposit because they could! Every other PM company has charged us for anything and and everything but these guys were honest and professional about the entire move out process. Good luck to everyone working with companies such as RTE (charged us $4000 at move out on top of taking our $3000 deposit). Thank you Madison Apartments!

  Over the past 6 months, I have had nothing but a great experience here at the Madison Apartments. Units are basically brand new, everyone is friendly, and have had no issues. Great location with close proximity to shopping and the highway. Kelsey, our property manager is prompt and has always ensured we have everything we need. I’ve rented many apartments over the years and this one is by far my favorite!
