  I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to look elsewhere. My daughter was looking to move into a specific apartment she Signed the lease for this apartment and paid. Not 30 minutes after she left the office and was loading her things from her storage unit into her car. She received a phone call stating that she could not in fact move into that apartment. The reason given was that another girl (who also happens to work for the Arrows) living in the apartment, had an issue with her moving in because she did not like that my daughter was friends with one of the other roommates. She had to unload her car back into her storage unit go back to the Arrows to give them the keys Was told she could move into an another bedroom and another apartment with people she did not know. When she declined because that was not what she signed up and paid to do. She was told it would take 30 days minus some administration fees to get a refund. SHE NEVER EVEN ENTERED THE APARTMENT. She is also not the one who broke the lease. Very poor management. They’re out to get your money. My daughter upon returning the key called her bank to do a stop payment but the payment went through A day or two later. I contacted the Arrows spoke to a gentleman who pretended to Be helpful said he would try to have a check overnighted and will get back to us to only never hear from him again. Thankfully, after filing a dispute with her bank she was able to recover the $. There are a ton of other leasing Companies to deal with highly recommend you look elsewhere.

  Writing as a current resident, my experience living at the Arrows is nothing like what it was advertised to me as. Upon moving in, I encountered several small, but annoying issues. As weeks went on and these issues persisted, I reached out to ‘management’ for solutions. When I first met with Patrick, the manager, he led me to his office where he didn’t offer me a place to sit. When I asked where I could sit, his response was ‘Is this going to take that long?’ And laughed. I was floored. The entire conversation continued with the same dismissive and disrespectful tone. I was told that there was simply nothing they could or would do to rectify these issues and improve my experience. At this point, I don’t feel safe, welcome or regarded in my own living community. Not to mention I’m paying almost $400 more than what was advertised to me, putting me way over my budget. I attempted to follow up my ‘conversation’ with Patrick over email, stating my extreme unease living here based on the way him and his staff have treated me, and that I simply could not afford living here anymore. 10+ days and no response. Shocker. It is clear that they only care about getting you to sign the lease, and nothing else. I am working multiple jobs and struggling to make ends meet right now with how high my rent is. With no solution in sight. If you are looking to live here, don’t.

  The Arrow apartments The worst apartment complex, they are rude and don't care for your safety or property. They have cameras, but only on there valuables. They say its my fault and they assumed my ebike would be stolen sooner, but never warned me!?! They say it happens all the time here but never once taken the time to prevent it with cameras. They over charge and provide no benefits. Do not spend you money here.

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Arrows Townhomes and Flats. One of their office workers, Patrick, blatantly lied on behalf of a resident named Izzy (who works the social media) + also works in the leasing office. I was initially told that I couldn't move into the unit on my application because someone else had signed a lease and was moving in the following week – a complete fabrication. The truth is, they were lying purely because Izzy didn't want to live with me due to some drama I wasn't even aware of. After signing the lease and giving them my money, I was informed that I had to be moved to another unit. I returned my keys, and they assured me they would take me off the lease, but now they're saying it will take 30 days to get my money back. This level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would advise anyone considering renting from them to look elsewhere.

  Maya is an awesome leasing agent and very helpful to everyone who comes into contact with her. It’s nice to have such a knowledgeable and friendly person in the office.
