I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and I feel very safe thanks to the security in place.
The location is a huge plus—close to downtown and within walking distance of everything in the Cannery District.
Management and maintenance are incredibly friendly and responsive, which makes living here even better. I’d definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and convenient place to live.

This has been such an easy move-in process. Really reasonable rates and I love my apartment. Building is well kept and neighbors all seem nice. Love all the things I have access to in the cannery district. Management has been super helpful too. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team is consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were taken care of quickly, and the staff go out of their way to make sure residents feel comfortable and heard.
The amenities are a huge bonus—quiet, well-kept grounds, convenient parking, and common areas that are actually enjoyable to use. I also appreciate how safe and peaceful the property feels, especially in the evenings.
Overall, it’s been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a place that’s managed well, feels like home, and offers great value for the price, I highly recommend this complex.

I recently moved out, but I love living here
Posting this review for a number of reasons, After living here since late 2022.
1: The Location is great, the views are amazing and the Big glass window wall is something youll hate to leave but theres a number of reasons to do so. i had a south 2 bedroom unit with balcony and seeing hyalite and the american flag every day is pretty rad.
2: The property changed ownership once and management 2 more times in the span i was there. This was a disaster for a few reasons. Seemingly the current Managment company is OK except their in Boise so good luck getting ahold of anyone that can do anything.
3: The building walls are paper thin between units which is a bummer for the price ( which is absurd $ btw but its Bozangeles now)
4: The parking as completely ridiculous, especially in the winter. Not being able to park close to the building is not okay. youll find those spaces are never even used. If you are parked outfront overnight you will get a warting or a ticket. the parking passes they give you mean nothing beacuse they dont save you a spot? If you ride a motorcycle.. beware, theres nowhere to park it safely unless you can see it from the north side apartments.
5: The paint on the walls is so thin.. a simple takky adhesive or comand strip will RUIN the drywall paper, even the maintinece guys hate how poorly it was painted.
6: The Dog wash is conveinient? almost noone uses it. nice equipment!
7: Fees and Fees an Fees: you have to pay for : Parking -$50 mo per car, Bike storage is $10 a month per bike, the storage lockers are another $45 mo, and on top of all of that you pay a "clubhouse" fee which is the entire building split electric water and cleaning fees for the upstairs lounge and rooftop even if you dont use it. the later of the fees also varries so thats a bit ridicous to me, and wasnt part of my original lease. sometimes over $120 MO
8: the internet isnt included you pay for it, although it works great and is hard lined into each unit, a good router will keep you connected and it is relitively fast.
9: these units are effienct ultility wise. if youre lucky enough to be on the south side, your electric bill can be miniamal (45$ or less if youre smart about the thermostat)
I would encourage anyone to make a deal with the leasing company upon move in to avoid some of the fees. Its June 2024 and theres a Plethora of rentals availialbe with yards garages and space for this price. This wasnt the case in 2022.
i spent a week deep cleaning every single inch of the unit far better than any cleaning crew would accomplish, down to bleaching the base boards and cabinets.. and still got a $475 cleaning fee which was never discussed they just reduced my deposit without any sort of fee schedule to approve. This is atually against Montana Landlord Laws. Oh well. Dont waste your time cleaing much i guess?
PS dont get locked out! The door key codes do not work on the units, so youre SOL until Maint calls you back if you leave your key for in the apartment
