  Worst property management Don’t use them they like to you abuse of power very rude unprofessional stuck up and talk down to people they think is below them very disrespectful people

  Don't use property management companies if you don't have too they like to keep deposits and charge you for extra

  Upon day of moving out and turning over to Metro, an offer to clean house top to bottom by Metro staff, $200., I instead was able to have the help of friends who worked on the house (my bad, we left too early, should have cleaned!) for 3 days, Metro went in and said it needed 9 hours of cleaning by their staff at $27/hour. they then claimed to do work on premises and charged quite abit! not sure WHAT they fixed! then after using them for 6 mos., we allowed tenants to break lease (personal reasons), fired Metro, they were not nice to either me, the owner OR the tenant. 6 mos. later they sent me to collections for a $37. bill, of which, I did not even receive an invoice!! Do NOT recommend to anyone!! they are very rude and unprofessional!
