  Since living at KWO for several years now, Ive dealt with 3 different management companies, this current one(Roundhouse) has been great at communication and having actual onsite maintenance to fix issues, as well as fixing them in a timely and efficient manner. I will have to say living next to fields/farmland on both sides has brought in some pesky mice, but Roundhouse has been good about helping get rid of them. Unfortunately they still have the classic issue of many apartment complexes where the walls/ceilings are very thin, if you have neighbors with pets and it might get annoying over the course of the months/years you stay here, and I have occasionally smelled people smoking weed outside of their apartments near mine. Overall they are nice apartments and its very refreshing to see how the management/owners continuously are trying to improve them by adding quality of life upgrades such as better lighting, updated shades, faucets, and shower heads; and these upgrades in turn don't cost the renters hundreds of extra dollars a month. The extra large garage included at no extra cost is a really great added bonus, although I wish that all ground floor apartments had inward door to the garage, some do and some do not. Even though it doesn't have some of the "premium amenities" like some of the apartments down the South 44th St, they still are reasonably priced and I look forward to continue living here if they stay reasonably priced while still maintaining a positive upkeep ratio and maintaining the good community values of renters that I have found here so far.

  Love the apartment and the community around it, the property management made moving in super nice and easy glad that I decided to go with this apartment complex.

  We like the apartment and don't have to share a balcony with anyone. The maintenance team is topnotch and very professional.
