  Midtown is the perfect place to live at. I toured a 3 bedroom with my future roommates this year. It’s in a great location (walking distance Main Street, the Cotton District, or Campus) and is very updated. The 3 bedroom apartments rooms were very spacious and clean and the balcony was huge. The person that gave us a tour was very informative and helpful when it came to answering all our questions. I can’t wait to live at midtown next year and I would definitely tour it if you’re looking for a new place to live!

  Midtown is one of the best places to live in Starkville as a college student. The tour & leasing process was efficient, easy, & very customer friendly. The units are kept in good shape, and it caters to college needs. Highly recommend if looking for student living!

  I’m moving to Midtown in the fall, and it’s been such a great experience already. Stormi has made the whole leasing process so easy. I can’t wait to be a resident here!!

  The entire leasing process has been super easy, everything is completed electronically. Can't wait to move my daughter in for the fall, I know she's going to have the very best time living at Midtown!
