  Move here if you love trashy people that are too lazy to bother putting their trash in the bin, if you love getting home off of a long day at work to a gate that refuses to open (essentially locking you out of the complex), “amenities” that are sub par or never even open to use. To go into further detail, if you are unlucky enough to be anywhere near the dumpsters your nose will constantly be threatened by the most rancid smells. Even better is the beautiful sight of moldy disgusting mattresses lying around, and watching people who couldn’t care less throw their trash anywhere. By anywhere I mean anywhere, including the mail room. If you really love the possibility of almost being ran over constantly and seeing the police at the complex over four times in the first week you move in, then this is the place for you. Despite having “courtesy” officers these folks are not deterred from speeding as fast as they can in a small parking lot with children around. Don’t think being in a car helps you, that only makes you a bigger target for folks to almost hit every chance they get. The lush small bits of grass are actually just mud pits covered in dog shit because no one here seems to clean up after their dogs. My favorite part is the gates, which are supposed to pretend to be keeping the community safe. Instead they are constantly broken, which is the best feeling to come home to after a long days work. Instead of being able to type in some easy silly code, you have to get out and manually push the gates open. Constantly. For an entire month being here the gates weren’t even on, just constantly wide open. To be fair I think the folks living in here aren’t much better than anything that gate is “preventing”. I will say though there is two lovely leasing agents, that are absolutely darling. Also the maintenance men are pretty sweet as well, and do their jobs even better.

  Process was speedy! Everyone was very nice. This is my first apartment and Al Jones made every step of the process easy for me; walked me through everything and explained everything thoroughly. Would absolutely recommend for anyone searching for a nice, safe neighborhood with pleasant leasing agents

  I don’t recommend this place, I had to go into the office multiple times about the same issue. Tell me why it took me to threaten them with a lawyer which I was gonna speak with my dad’s lawyer, for them to get anything fixed. Now they tell me it is the law because I was late on my rent and I always notify them ahead of time that I will make payment on the day of my paychecks. Now all of a sudden the bullshit excuse it is the law is being thrown around to force people into eviction. If you have any common sense do not rent from here. They are lazy at getting things done. All these 5 star reviews I’m pretty sure they asked people to give them five star reviews.
