  I had a great move-in experience! The process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Erica and Neitrick was professional, welcoming, and made sure all of my questions were. I truly appreciate how helpful everyone was throughout the process! If you are looking for an apartment comw to Southaven Pointe! Thank you Erica and Neitrick!

  Jakayla, Erica and the whole management team was so sweet to me and they took care of everything that I needed Done and was also very patient with me since I was moving from Arizona to Mississippi. I really love and appreciate them so much.

  Hey loves , I spoke on the phone with a young lady who didn’t provide her name. I must add Highly unprofessional and all I did was make a verbal comment I wasn’t able to speak my peace every word I’d try to make she’d becoming overly aggressive when I came to introduce my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this to a dog to live in.

  I have been living here for almost two years, and my experience has been very positive. The community is very quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. They are professional and make you feel welcome. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and they always do a good job. During the winter storm, the management team was especially supportive and responsive. They were available and made sure residents were taken care of, which meant a lot. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a calm and well-managed place to live.
