- BWBrooklyn WilliamsJun 27, 20251.0Finally, I'm moving. My whole two years here has been insufferable for majority of my time here. Moved in summer 2023 and that was such a nightmare and I should've known then. I needed the meter number for my electricity but I didn't know that until the third time I called the leasing office with problems setting it up and she knew I didn't know that information. The community's picturesque look really masks what it is like. They use valet trash who don't pick up when they should, so people have bags of trash out often, which attracts the rats. October 2024 I did a request for pest control because I saw one running underneath my windows. They ate the "poison" and came back and chewed through the bottom of my window. It had a quick fix but it came back (second pic). It is still like that now (June 2025). I'm awake now bc that thing woke me up from whatever it's chewing out there. The water incidents are so unbelievable. There have been several in my building and I know there is a lot of mold build up. With the trash and water, brings every type of pest you can imagine. Tenants are inconsiderate because they will bring trash from their unit upstairs and sit it by your door! These ppl have the nere to have these landscapers put down mulch around a bunch of dead bushes.. dead bushes that ppl also wanna throw trash around. Then, after your first year, you HAVE TO get cable.. that is not good when so many ppl I've talked to are basically paying for it and can't use it.. and know what, I'm not gonna mention the heightened anxiety I have from all his and the noise above. I never really cared in the day but no reason should kids or a dog be running like that past 10pm..

She made the application process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything clearly. Antonio showed us around the property and answered all of our questions during the tour. He was very polite and professional, both in person and over the phone. Overall, it was a great experience working with such a kind and knowledgeable team. I truly appreciate their support and highly recommend them!
