- RRRealResidentReportDec 5, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. After living here for two years, I can confidently say this place has gone downhill fast. The entire property constantly reeks of weed, and there’s commotion throughout the day — loud music, yelling, and multiple family disputes (several of which ended with the police showing up). There are also large, aggressive dog breeds roaming around unleashed near my building, and their owners leave dog feces everywhere. It’s disgusting and unsafe. Parking is a nightmare unless your unit is in the very back. If you live in the front, good luck — because you’ll spend every night circling the lot or risk getting slapped with a $300 tow. Cars sit in the same spots for days, but somehow residents who actually live here are the ones punished. The water is constantly being shut off “for repairs,” the apartments are extremely dated, and the “fresh feel/ gated community” vibe they advertise is just layers of paint on top of dirt, damage, and even bugs. They patch things up to look decent on the surface, but the quality is terrible. Also … the gate is still broken (check older reviews … it’s rarely been operatable) Management changes so often I never know who actually runs the place. Communication is inconsistent, dismissive, or nonexistent. The price increase is laughable considering the conditions. The only reason they kept me as long as they did was the convenient location for my work commute. But honestly, I’d rather pay more to live somewhere that respects its residents and actually maintains the property. Save yourself the headache — this place is not worth it.
