I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here. This is not the place you want to live. The money you will pay is not worth it. Especially with the foundation problems.
While the property advertises significantly lower rates (around $1,650 for comparable units), long-term tenants like myself are expected to continue paying substantially more — nearly $289 higher — with little to no meaningful adjustment. When I raised this concern, I was told those lower rates are “promotional” and not reflective of the market, yet the same two bed two baths are publicly advertised and readily available to new residents.
So essentially, new tenants are rewarded with better pricing, while loyal, on-time paying residents are expected to subsidize that difference.
Despite that, there is no real incentive to stay — only an expectation to continue paying above what others are being offered for the exact same units. Please be advised that up your rent will go up every year then they will charge an additional 35$ community fee plus an additional trash fee on top of the utilities added in to your rent. You are charged for each and everything they do and don’t do here. Save your money and go somewhere else or buy a house. It’s not worth it. You will regret the decision in the long run.
On top of that, my experience has included multiple unresolved and ongoing issues: foundation concerns causing uneven flooring, cracks in the ceiling, repeated pest control for snakes, appliance issues, and frequent disturbances from neighbors. There was even an incident where my vehicle was hit and totaled by a staff member on the property who didnt have insurance, which resulted in unexpected financial burden with having to purchase a new vehicle. I’ve even experienced some random person pissing behind my apt while I was with my family.
Despite all of this, the response is essentially: “this is the rate.”
It’s disappointing, and honestly, it makes it very clear that tenant loyalty and retention are not a priority here. If you’re considering moving in, just understand that the price you see advertised may not be the price you’re expected to pay long-term — and once you’re in, don’t expect flexibility. You will experience problems with the foundation and all the additional fees and add ons to your rent. By the end of your first year you will be ready to move out. Please pick a different place to live!!!
Proceed with caution

I am very disappointed in a company that I rented from for over 5 years- 2 off the years at the property Legacy. I recently got married and gave my notice to vacate upon expiration of my lease 5/24/24. Three weeks prior to moving out, there was a leak that flooded both of my bathrooms, which saturated the carpet in the rooms next to them. I quickly put in a work order because I knew that it would be an issue with them trying to say I caused damages since I was moving soon. They had maintenance to bring fans over to dry the carpets. Fast forward moving out. My husband, my son, and myself disinfected and cleaned the apartment thoroughly leaving it move in ready. I have attached after photos that I took myself. On 5/23/24, I did a walk through with the property manager with no communication regarding any damages. Keep in mind, when I moved in so many things were not up to standard. I simply moved forward anyway. A week after I left, I received a final bill with damage charges for carpet stains. The area of the carpet mentioned was a wrinkled area that was damaged by the water leak. And let me tell you, YOU WILL HAVE LEAKS. The water is shut off at this property at least once a week seems like. I reached out to the office and have yet to receive a call back! I will definitely be going to court about this. They will nickel and dime you! Overpriced, under maintained, and when you leave they will find a way to get more money! Stay AWAY!

Signed a lease on March 31st of 2021 and lease is suppose to end on March 31st of 2022. Gave verbal confirmation that I would be leaving at the end of the lease. Job is transferring me out of state 1 month early from end of my lease. They will not terminate lease early due to job transfer and now I am being told that verbal confirmation to move out is not valid only written notice is. Even though my contract is up at end of March. Now I'm told that I must pay 60 days more of rent.... passing the end of my contract. Since we moved into legacy apartments I have had nothing but issues. The floor cracked and was replaced by a piece of plywood and recovered leaving a massive tripping hazard in my living room, water is constantly cut off here due to pipe bursting, cracks have formed in the walls due to building shifting, pool has been closed down more than open, parking lot is full of cracks and holes, trash pickup, which you pay extra for, is hit or miss, and you might as well consider yourself having an HOA here with all the rules. Avoid here at all cost. For the price you pay here just get yourself a house.
