  The ladies in the office are wonderful. Otherwise my experience would warrant 0 stars. Applied on January 2, 2026 as it was listed to be available for move in on January 10th. After submitting all required documents I'm later told it will actually be available mid February because the tenants were extending their stay...why was it listed then? Why was i allowed to apply? Is it legal to take my money for an apartment someone is still living in??? I asked for my money back since it was unavailable and was told no...Eventually the move in date is agreed upon for January 20th. Days before it's changed again to the 22nd. I'm unwilling to sign the lease until I was allowed to tour the unit. Everything looked fine. I signed the lease on January 24th expecting to move in the next weekend. January 29th i enter to take measurements. It's freezing cold. The balcony sliding door is wide open. There's a chemical smell filling the apartment. I find a can of pvc cement in the laundry room. The washer and dryer are now disconnected. Breaker switches were flipped off. Floors are dirty. Bathroom filthy. What i believe to be the pvc cement is caked in and around the bathroom sink. Refrigerator randomly making a terribly loud clicking/rattling. February 2, woke up to summer! Heater set to 60 but went nonstop thru the night until reaching 85. Had to switch the heating breaker off and open a window for a while. Lived in many apartments and never had so many things go wrong all at once. Recently discovered the icemaker in the fridge isn't working. The kitchen sink wasn't caulked and slides around alot. And the dishwasher just spreads grease vs cleaning anything. Cherry on top, no apology from management or attempt to make any of this right.

  The office office Staff is absolutely phenomenal. Not to mention Charles with Maintenance is absolutely amazing!!!
