READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER!!! I normally don’t leave reviews, but this situation has gone far beyond unacceptable. Our heat went out at the beginning of December. Maintenance initially came and told us everything was fine and to continue using it, even though it had already stopped working. When we contacted them again, they admitted something was wrong and said a replacement part needed to be ordered.
That replacement never came. As a result, my family went through the entire Christmas holiday with no heat or air, despite temperatures dropping as low as 18 degrees outside and reaching 80 degrees on warmer days.
While we were still waiting for the heat issue to be resolved, our microwave and dishwasher also stopped working, and we were told to simply wait for replacements.
Shortly after that, our stove stopped working as well. Maintenance told us they would replace it, but when the replacement arrived, it was taken from a vacant unit and was disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned. The stove did not work at all. After attempting installation, maintenance realized there was a wiring issue inside the apartment and said we would have to wait for a supervisor to contact an electrician.
We are now without heat, air, a working stove, microwave, or dishwasher, and communication from the office has been dismissive and uncaring. There has been no urgency, follow-up, or accountability, despite the unsafe living conditions.
This experience has been incredibly stressful for my family and completely unacceptable for an apartment complex that expects rent to be paid on time while failing to provide basic necessities. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here.
