He’s not just the maintenance guy at our apartment complex — he’s the glue that holds everything together. Whether it’s a leaking faucet, a broken heater, or a sudden emergency, Elliot shows up with a calm attitude, a quick solution, and a genuine care for the residents. He remembers everyone’s name, treats the property like his own, and goes above and beyond every single day. Honestly, if Elliot ever took a day off (which I’m not even sure he does!), the whole complex would probably fall apart. He’s the reason things run smoothly around here. Professional, dependable, and deeply appreciated — without Elliot, this place just wouldn’t be the same. Huge thanks to him for everything he does! Him Lauren and the only reason people are even there!
- KRKalynn RiosFeb 8, 20235.0I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING AT LEGACY. The rooms are huge and affordable. I live in a 2/2 and I couldn't be happier. They even have a car washing station that I use all the time and a tennis court! I love to just walk around the complex because it is such a nice community and its gated so I feel safe... I would say if you are looking for a place to stay, Legacy is it.

The ladies are very responsive and care about the tenants. The property is always well groomed and very peaceful! I would recommend this complex to anyone.
- KSKevin SJan 10, 20204.0I moved into the Legacy a little over a year ago. My favorite parts of this apartment are the speed of correcting maintenance requests and the pool. My least favorite parts, which led to this review are the following: * Construction was on-going at the apartment complex to renovate and it took over a year from when I signed my lease to finish (not sure if it's done and was suppose to be completed a year ago) * Foundation of the drive paths and parking lot areas are awful. If you don't drive at angles and avoid large cracks in the concrete, you might loose a bumper. The apartment has no plans to fix this. * Somehow there are constant water issues at the apartment complex and multiple times there have been “emergency shut offs”. I assume this happens due to foundation movement but this has happened at least 5-6 times since I’ve lived here.
