Says they close at 5, have been closed since 3pm. We had called ahead to get the key too. Nope we’re have to pay two nights for a hotel! We will be trying to take our business elsewhere now!

- RMRoddy MerrittJul 21, 20171.0This company is trying to collect a debt from me that I do not owe. I moved out a week before my lease contract ended. I even spoke with someone on the phone to make sure there was nothing that needed to be done so that no extra charges would be filed. The young lady that works in their office said that once the contract ended, if i was not in the apartment there would be no charges. Well, wrong...They are trying to charge me for the month's expenses after my contract ended, including 1 day of rent. Not only do they not hold their tenants to the same standards and allow some to do things not allowed in the contract, but they are also crooks!!! They contacted and debt agency who contacted me 2-3 months after I moved out of my apartment for charges after my contract ended. They said they would contact the company I owed the debt to. 2-3 months later, I received a letter where this company was still trying to collect a debt. They will not let you dispute the charges and the people that work for the apartments will not speak to you about the matter!!!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
