  Alexis Floyd is golden. She is polite, courtesy, kind, and patience. I love her Spirit. Alexis should be a manager, she’s just that good if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have move here after seeing the condition of a renovated apartment. I know Alexis will help with any issues I have.

  A quick and painless experience. If you are ever in need of quick rentals with enough living space this is a good place to start looking. My girlfriend and I moved here for work last Friday and stayed in a motel while we were looking for rent. We were in our new apartment by Saturday. Alexis is the best rental agent I've ever met. If she helps you out.. believe me, you struck gold. Scratch that.. diamonds 💎💎

  Do not move here. I’ve been trying to get my air unit fixed for two months. It’s been running nonstop causing my utility bill to be over $700 for the months of April. I’ve spoke to management, maintenance came for all of 2 seconds, left said he would return, he never came back. Addition to the air just running it’s not blowing cool air. It’s 81 degrees outside today, but it’s 83 in my apartment. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. These apartments are old, moldy, overpriced, you would think they’re low income apartments. If you move here, lawyer up because that’s the only way you’ll be able to get anything done.

  DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS!!! I have MOLD on the air vent in my bedroom!! They will not come in my apartment because of my dog. But yet when I told them last friday that she would not be in the apartment, they still did not come!!! they don't give two shi** about ANYONE!!! Rent is ridiculous for what you have to go through in this DUMP!!! Still have a list of things that we told them about when we first moved in and NOTHING on the list has been taken care of or fixed!!! We are also having a huge problem with roaches!! And I am a neat freak and don't leave anything out & I'm constantly cleaning!! I came home today to find ANTS coming out from under my refrigerator and were covering my dogs food bowl!! I can guarantee you that they have NEVER taken the fridge out and cleaned out from under it!!! I also have a eye on my stove that is throwing a spark!! they were told about it when it started happening 3 FREAKING MONTHS AGO!!! Have they fixed it or acted concerned about it at all?? NO!! The manager, Linda, is a BIT**!!! I have a 16-month-old child that is being exposed to all of this!!! This apartment is not liveable!!! These people do not care!!! Do not even waste your time calling them or coming to look at the apartments!!!
