- UMUzair MunafOct 2, 20252.0I was looking for an apartment, went to tour with them, facility might be good, but there are some absurd over head charges which don’t make sense to me. Most people living here have the complain that the rent never really comes at the amount they decided. It’s always 100/200 more. + they want you to buy their cable and internet services which costs 100 dollars and its not optional. Thats a waste of money. They also charge extra for the portal where you deposit rent money. I mean just increase your rent in all fairness if you just want to add up 200 dollars for useless charges.
