I was looking for an apartment, went to tour with them, facility might be good, but there are some absurd over head charges which don’t make sense to me. Most people living here have the complain that the rent never really comes at the amount they decided. It’s always 100/200 more. + they want you to buy their cable and internet services which costs 100 dollars and its not optional. Thats a waste of money. They also charge extra for the portal where you deposit rent money. I mean just increase your rent in all fairness if you just want to add up 200 dollars for useless charges.

The problems started right from the showing. We were shown an apartment we liked but was quoted wrong rent. We found out late in the leasing process and since the rent was out of our budget, had to select an apartment we couldnt view before singing the lease. We let that one go. Come June, we moved into the apartment that had several issues at the time of walk in. Drawers stuck, missing/broken window screens, washer dryer not working, paint chipped off in places. For an apartment with base rent of 1300+, we didnt expect it but we didnt make a fuss and simply returned the move in inspection form with all notes. We were told they would be taken care of. They did not until I started creating work orders in their system. Now comes the real banger. 4th day after move in and there is water leakage right in the middle of the living room. Put the work order in. someone showed up saying very confidently the issue was fixed. next day, the FIRE ALARM in the lobby start leaking with dirty water. Meanwhile leakage continued in the living room. I added work orders after work orders, people would show up when they had time to, promise me the issue was taken care of and the leakage continued. I finally went to leasing office to speak to the agents. They behaved as if it was just a nuisance and not a huge inconvenience and safety hazard. One of them visited property to see what was going on. Few people came in next day and did something without explaining anything, the leakage stopped but had no idea if it was a temporary fix or permanent solution. During this time, living room ceiling started showing yellow water lines & fire alarm was never fixed. the hole and the wires were left dangling Finally, I put in my notice and within 3 weeks of moving in, moved out to another apartment complex nearby. I have lived in apartment homes for 14 years. Never have I ever encountered a more pathetic team than this. The leasing agents are rude, unprofessional, will make faces at you and treat you as if you are not a human. Throughout this ordeal, not one of them had the basic courtesy to say sorry and mean it. On the last day, while returning the keys, a leasing agent says sorry and makes face again. Maybe if you are white, you will have better reception in this office but if you are a person of color, they will treat you differently. I felt this every time I was in the office. I had to spend 700 dollars for move and to pay admin fees at another place due to the poor management and poor quality of these apartments. Save yourself some money and your mental peace and go as far away as you can from these absolutely unprofessional team of people.

My experience was great! I did a walk-in and was greeted with a friendly welcome by Jefferson. It was actually during the lunch hour so, I wasn’t expecting to get a tour on the same day. Erica (super nice) gave me a tour and made sure that I had all the details needed to start the application process. Jefferson’s professionalism and excitement was very refreshing! He made the application process painless…With that being said, I really look forward to my new home at the Arbors! Update: Never moved here. I’ve scheduled a move in date twice and wasn’t able to move on the scheduled dates. Management (Jeff) just wasn’t managing. The apartment apparently couldn’t pass inspection. I’ve been to the office so many times to get them to send my deposit and can’t get in contact with anyone. Called corporate and still nothing. I won’t take away that Erica did what she was supposed to do, it’s just the MANAGERS. Communication is terrible.
