  I was sitting in at my mom's apartment and she had maintenance request that she needed done so I waited until everything was done and I can say I was very pleased. Keon was very patient, polite and quick . He made sure everything was fixed before he left and he kept a smile on his face . Keep the Great work Keon . 💙

  Gaines Apt 128 Hey I’m making this review on behalf of the maintenance guy Jeremy I’ve been having problems with my dryer and air conditioner since I moved in A older guy come look at it and said nothing was wrong but I continued to have the same problem Jeremy came by the following week and took care of everything including me getting a new dryer that’s the kind of service that’s plus 1

  Keith in the maintenance department is always prompt, professional, and friendly. Every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded quickly and fixed the issue correctly the first time. They always clean up after finishing the job and take the time to explain what was done. It’s clear he really care about keeping the property in great shape and making residents comfortable.

  I have been a resident here for over a year. I have had a few maintenance requests during my stay. The staff responds promptly to my maintenance request, accurately identifies the issue, and resolves it in a timely manner. I want to thank one staff member in particular, Jeremy, for consistently demonstrating professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail in his work. His communication is clear and courteous throughout the process. I truly appreciate his dedication to maintaining a high standard of service within the community.

  I stayed here for two years . It’s wasn’t horrible but wasn’t good either . Please if you are reading this make sure you tour an apartment that is not a model apartment . Most of all the apartments are very old with patched up holes on the walls and on the floors . There is also an infestation of some type of bugs there . Spiders .. nd big water bugs are like family in that place . But something almost micro is in the carpets and you will be bit almost everyday . Our water always got shut off due to their water system . The garbage was always very junky barely gets changed . The management is ok until it’s time for you to move . They charged me 745 for not telling them 30 days in advance I was moving you would think they would show love that you have paid your rent for two years straight and that’s not a big deal to say I’m leaving if you have finished and completed your lease but no they have to find a way to get more money also the rent doesn’t always stay the same . Next only thing I liked about the apartments is the size of them the rooms were huge but not worth it if you get bit up everyday and have to walk past holes in the walls daily . The area is safe never had crime during my stay but the apartments are rugged and ragedy. Not worth even 1,000 dollars . Also not to mention the money they made me pay went on my credit in collections and hindered me from moving I became homeless staying in a hotel all because it was showing on my credit and it’s sad they make you pay extra after your lease is up all because you don’t tell them you aren’t renewing smh sad
