Our daughter is moving to the Azul in August. We loved the whole place. The pool is a wonderful feature. We enjoyed our tour with Laura. I may be mistaken but she is a corporate employee? She’s a sweetheart. Highly recommend

I concur with everything everyone else has stated bad about this place. Worst experience - AVOID THE NIGHTMARE of a poorly managed and unprofessional apartment complex. Good Riddance AZUL!!!

Disappointed with the way things have turned out and we’ve only been here for three months. I am hopeful that things will get better with time. I’ve got no complaints about maintenance or the office staff. Sometimes the office staff seem rude but honestly they seem frustrated bc they can only help so much with certain situations. Surprise fees happen regularly. Water used to be included with rent but that’s no longer the case. The walls are EXTREMELY thin we can hear the neighbors below us and on either side of us too. A noise complaint is not necessary since it’s not our neighbors fault for being comfortable in their home. I would say it’s not family friendly since I know our unfortunate neighbors can hear us too. The apartment was filthy when we moved in. Given that I knew the standards of cleanliness required for moving out of a heritage properties apartment there was no reason our feet should have been caked with dirt the first time we walked in. Hair, grease, dust, standing water on top of the drier, and the carpet in our room still smells like the dog that was so obviously locked in there since you can also see where the wood trim has been chewed on and scratched up. We have vacuumed and tried to freshen or eliminate the odor with various sprays with no luck. The paint smell did come out but it’s clear that they did not clean the trim or the walls before painting in a lot of spots you can see the hair they painted over. We had to put in a maintenance request the first day we were here to make sure the water heater wasn’t leaking and to fix the broken microwave door. I had high hopes for the apartment despite reviews bc it’s owned by heritage properties which also owns Faulkner Flats (which was a wonderful experience). I’ve lived in places like this before but paid less than half the price. These apartments so far have not been the right fit for us but may be better for other people. Maybe after renovations things will be better but seeing as there is a $200+ increase on rent next year we won’t know for sure. Read another review stating they obviously didn’t want college students here and it’s too loud to be family friendly I don’t know who they’re planning to attract to this complex.

The Connection at Oxford is the best cost/benefit ratio that you can possibly find in the city. Good apartment, friendly environment, good amenities, and great staff. I would definitely recommend the Connection for anyone.
