  I’ve had a great experience living at Faulkner Flats Apartment Homes in Oxford, MS! The community is quiet, clean, and really well maintained. The landscaping always looks nice, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The staff has been super helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything — from answering questions to handling maintenance requests quickly and professionally. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. The location is also a huge plus. It’s convenient to campus, shopping, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking is easy, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Overall, I highly recommend Faulkner Flats to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to live in Oxford.

  I would give Faulkner Flats more than 5 stars if I could! The management team is truly exceptional—they’re always on top of everything and consistently go above and beyond for residents. During the recent snowstorm, they kept everyone updated and informed, especially regarding maintenance requests, which made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. They are always happy to help, and the entire process—from moving in to everyday living—is incredibly smooth. The location is perfect: close to campus while still offering plenty of space and beautifully designed apartments. The amenities are a huge bonus too! Having access to tanning, a gym, a golf simulator, free unlimited printing, and a study lounge is so convenient and really elevates the experience of living here. It truly feels like a walk in the park living here—peaceful and comfortable, yet still close to the fun and energy of Oxford’s social scene. On top of that, the website makes paying rent super easy, and pricing is communicated clearly and transparently throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Faulkner Flats to anyone looking for the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and community!

  Faulkner flats is very well managed! The move in process was very easy. Maintenance and office staff are both very easy to work with. 10/10 experience, especially for someone newly out of college!

  Worst apartment complex in Oxford. Water is not clean whatsoever. I would never use a shower from this dirty place. Management is just as awful and dirty.

  Faulkner Flats apartment homes customer service and platform in which payments are made are both complete failures. Be warned if you rent here that you will receive condescending support and failed computer systems in which you will be held liable. Their hefty fees and lack of concern for their residents is appalling.
