  Management is very unprofessional, it wasn’t always unprofessional until they switched staff. Don’t recommend moving over here at all.

  Let me give yall the run down on why they changed their names to the Oliver. The have tons of lawsuits to in their original name “The Plantations” and not because of the name but because these apartments are what you call 50 footers…from 50 feet they look tremendous but once you live there, the walls are super thin. You can hear any and everything outside your apartment. They have the cheapest AC unit you can find. They are overpriced The appliances are old. Once you dirty them up a few times you will see your stains will not wash away. These apartments are the worse. You will see people constantly moving out

  I would not recommend this place whatsoever. When touring and going through the application process they act as if they care about your needs as a new tenant. I moved into one of the renovated buildings; during the tour everything looked great because I looked at a 2 bedroom but actually moved into a 3 bedroom. A couple weeks after moving in the plumbing started messing up as well as the tub was peeling as if they just spray painted over it. Maintenance takes their time with requests no matter what. After moving in emails where being sent about “quiet hours” after a certain time , I’ve never heard of that when living anywhere, basically telling you after a certain time you have to be quiet in your own home. Also they hit you with fees that doesn’t make sense and never respond to emails or phone calls if it’s not beneficial to them

  The apartments are nice however you can hear your neighbors as if they are in your apartment. It’s quite everyday all day. The complex is out of the way in a very quiet area, if that’s what you like!! Your rent starts at 1620 when done paying the water with it you pay 1720+.🫣🤦‍♀️ My friend pays for everything rent, water which is 87 dollars a month ,electricity, alarm, and internet. On top of that the refrigerator filter you have to replace or pay them 60.00 to replace the filter. The filter is at Lowe’s for 30.00. That made no sense to me whatsoever. My thing was you put it in the apartment you are supposed to maintenance correct?? They’ve been doing renovations since she moved there last year. They were told there would be pools and a gym. 😂 welp they are still working on them to this day. I just summed it up as every complex will have its challenges. However the area is clean and peaceful !! Oh and the stray cats are ridiculous 🤣 they never leave.. They have a daughter that is terrified of cats soooo they are a major problem.

  I called the leasing office to ask a simple question and the girl who answered was very rude with her response and made it seem like she did not even want to be on the phone. No Customer service skills whatsoever
