In a town like Laurel, this place stands out as a rare safe haven. It’s quiet, peaceful, and part of a Heritage property, so you get a stylish, well-maintained space. I rented a one-bedroom, which was great, though the two-bedrooms seem to offer more of a “homey” feel. The deck wasn’t covered, but it wasn’t a big issue. I moved in during renovations and appreciated the upgrades — including new appliances and a new AC unit that was quickly installed when the old one failed. Security and lighting have improved a lot, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, this is one of the best places to live in Laurel, and I’m grateful for my time here.

Their maintenance staff usually responds to issues in a reasonable time and always available even during after hour issues. The apartment management team will not fix an issue when it is too difficult and have the tenant just live with it. There are many apartments with roaches and the management does not care. I would not live here.
