  Andrice was absolutely horrible to me and my family as a property manager, we ended our lease with Laurelwood early because we needed more space, we were having another child. Mind you we had been in the same apartment for over 2 years. Upon cancellation we were told we needed to pay 3 months rent and utilities AND 2000$ 30 days after the fact. Well 30 days after the fact was June 25th I called and asked multiple times what we needed to pay, she then calls me on JUNE 20th and tells me the balance is 2800 and she expected us to come up with it by June 25th. 5 days. I had told her previously I would be happy to pay on June 10th because that’s when I get paid but she said I would have to wait because she had not inspected the apartment yet. Mind you we had been out for 2 months already. I get the money today on July 10th because I get paid on the 10th. Which I explicitly told her and upper management, went to my bank got a cashiers check went to Laurelwood to pay and she proceeded to make me out like I’m a bad guy, I have the money they want I am being respectful, I had no problem paying it, and then she proceeded to put someone on the phone as a “witness” and she tries to act like I’m not being cooperative ALL I WANT TO DO IS PAY WHAT I OWE then I am told they sent it to a THIRD PARTY, okay she gives me the number I call there is no account in mine or my wife’s name with them, now I’m still trying to find out who I’m supposed to pay because they threatened legal action if I don’t pay the money and said they will report it on my credit. Andrice was overall rude during this, she was trying to act nice, but trying to act like I lied about not being reached out to, and that she gave me ample notice, and acting like I was uncooperative made me extremely uncomfortable being a man with a woman in front of me, I felt like I was being made out as an aggressor, I tried to be as calm and patient as possible and pay what I owe and she has made it extremely hard to do. If upper management is reading this please reach out to me because there’s some other things I would like to discuss, I just want to pay what I owe. The Overall lack of professionalism from Andrice was astounding.

  A Hidden Gem in Laurel, MS I just moved out, and this apartment truly felt like home for me and my partner — it’s even where we met our beloved cat. In a town like Laurel, this place stands out as a rare safe haven. It’s quiet, peaceful, and part of a Heritage property, so you get a stylish, well-maintained space. I rented a one-bedroom, which was great, though the two-bedrooms seem to offer more of a “homey” feel. The deck wasn’t covered, but it wasn’t a big issue. I moved in during renovations and appreciated the upgrades — including new appliances and a new AC unit that was quickly installed when the old one failed. Security and lighting have improved a lot, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, this is one of the best places to live in Laurel, and I’m grateful for my time here.

  I have been living here almost 2 years and I love it! If I have a maintenance issue, Gerry or Thomas always comes and fixes it the same day. Jennifer and Andrice in the office are awesome, and they always make sure that we’re kept in the loop about what’s going on around the complex. I highly recommend!

  I lived there for a miserable yr. Roach infested from day one. If I didn’t spray every weekend they would get started again. Air conditioning quit cooling during hottest time of year when it was 110 degrees and I had to purchase an air conditioner to cool apartment. Always getting noticed that someone in our building was smoking weed all the time. After I moved out finally I cleaned apartment really good and they still charged me fee for having to paint the walls $250. I don’t recommend this place to anyone that I talk to. Oh and management is snotty and don’t care about your personal property when their employees blew dirt under the motorcycle cover and they were like oh sorry.

  Just found my next home. The staff and customer service was awesome !! Never felt more welcome with such great customer service. They cared about me and my needs. The apartment was great and grounds very clean and maintained. Love it!!!!
