  Ive been waiting on receiving my initial deposit back before leaving this review. When I moved out everything was as it was when I moved in. No damage to the walls, no damage to the floors, I actually cleaned the apartment and mopped before I left. Still kept $500 of my initial deposit I was supposed to get back. Be careful before signing your lease here. They will lie to you on official apartment literature, in official email communication and to your face about how much you’re going to be paying in rent. Before moving in I went 3 times to the apartment complex office and spoke with the property manager there about which apartments were available, the size of them, and how much they cost. I was told 3 different times before moving in that my rent was going to be $1600 for a one bedroom apartment and it was slightly cheaper for the smallest one bedroom they had but I decided to go with the slightly bigger one. The day I signed my lease which was 2 days before moving in they told me my rent was going to be over $2000 a month. I argued this and even had documentation where they told me $1600 and her response was it’s subject to change at any time and we can literally change it minute by minute. She gave me her managers name and they were both arrogant and snooty when I talked to them saying there was nothing they could do. So it didn’t change in the entire 3 weeks before moving in, in the 3 times is visited with them in person, and in all the different communications we have the 3 weeks leading up to signing my lease. On the day of signing I had to be out of where I was living and had no other choice. This is not a good way to do business. Secondly, the Carpets in the hallways in the buildings are filthy. They’re never cleaned. On the hallway I lived on it looked like someone’s dog urinated in large spots and was never cleaned up. The dog park is always gross. Some residents are great about picking up their pets waste, but so many just leave pet waste everywhere. I would just take my dog on a walk instead of the dog park. Also, the rent is ridiculous compared to the amenities you get. Not worth it IMO. Go somewhere different.

  Loved this apartment!!! The best apartment complex in Jackson. Management is very good. Amenities are nice. No complaints.

  It's a 6/10 with positive customer service at 7. Ideal for the medical field, easy community work, and convenient airport proximity. The aesthetic is nice, labeled "the crown jewel of luxury living." Features include a modern aesthetic, resort-style pool, valet trash. Inconveniences: gate access, lacking phone buzz-in or a remote instead of a fob, leading to doors being left cracked for guests, potentially compromising safety. Wouldn't have renewed for this reason alone regardless. Neglected, extremely odorous dog park, where tenants neglect to pick up after large dogs, posing a hazard. The NO dogs at the pool rule gets overlooked. HA! I seen more dogs in the pool than humans. You can hear neighbors walking upstairs, common in newly built units. Suitable for a safe area with a light luxury taste in Jackson, MS, with a notable lobby for aesthetics and a fully stocked coffee bar most of the time. Overall mixed experience; as a content creator, I have thousands of hours of content around this property. The issue they tend to fix quickly is the hallway carpet. Tenant dogs pee on the carpet, and lazy owners don't clean it up. This happens more frequently than it should. #TwoYearPreviousTenantReview
