  I wish i could give this apartment zero stars. I moved in August of 2020 and just moved out in May 2022. The apartment raised their rent but never fixed any issues. My refrigerator never worked good, my stove didn’t either. I called several times about both. The water was shut off several times a week, for hours at a time for an issue they never could seem to fix. Also, I have a disability and needed the handicapped parking. But any and everybody was allowed to park there. I called the front office about it and NOTHING was done. I’d have to squeeze my wheelchair between cars to be able to leave. And if that’s not bad enough, we turned our keys in Memorial Day weekend and somehow they’ve managed to charge me 803.42 in charges for the month of June and we haven’t even been there. We got the apartment professionally cleaned and they STILL charged us 220 dollars for a cleaning fee we DO NOT owe. I would NEVER stay at this apartment again. This has been the WORST experience I’ve had as a renter.

  My husband and I moved here in 2020 and had the best experience with Linda and Gwen! The new management is not professional at all! We’ve had a new neighbor for two weeks and have had officers called on us twice in one week late at night for noise we’re not even making. She told us that the maintenance man told her we were the loudest and so every time she hears bumping she automatically calls the police. We’ve talked to management and was basically told to record the noise!My husband works from home and I’m a stay at home mom so I make sure noise is at a minimum because he’s on zoom calls majority of the day. We were sent a document at the end of business day stating that our lease was expired and would not be renewed when we’ve never received the lease to renew! When my husband went to talk to Christy he was told it was in the portal since Jan but we go in the portal every month to pay rent and the document is not there! He was not given the chance to show her and was rushed out of the office! I’m 8 months pregnant and have to find a new place to live by next month! Unacceptable!!

  会社が借りた「3 Bed - 2 Bath」タイプに、男性3人で3か月ほど滞在したが、常に非常に快適な滞在が出来た。クルマも余裕で泊められ、非常に静寂な環境で、友人を招いても余裕の空間には何の不満も感じなかった。さらに高く評価できるのは、管理棟のスタッフの対応で、非常に親身でフレンドリーな対応は、良きアメリカ人を代表する姿勢であった。管理棟内部の施設も自由に使う事が出来て、リラックスしたスペースが快適であった。もし機会があれば、また利用したい。
