  Honestly the whole moving process was hectic. Having a landlord that takes the time on and off work hours to make sure everything’s Okay, having a landlord that is willing to DO! but also takes the time to compromise with the DONT’S the best she can , is what makes this property worth staying . I want to give a big THANK YOUUU to her 🫶🏾

  I called the office and the phone was answered immediately. I called to confirm my tour. Jessica took me on the tour of the property and I was impressed. It was quiet and the unit I viewed was spacious and I fell in love with it. Everyone in the office was beyond nice

  I had a great experience from start to finish. The application process was smooth, straightforward, and well organized, and the staff was helpful and responsive throughout. Everything was explained clearly, which made the process easy and stress-free. The tour was also very well done. As someone who works in HVAC, I paid close attention to the HVAC closet and components, and everything looked clean, well-maintained, and up to date. It was reassuring to see that level of care and quality. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’m impressed with both the process and the property.

  I would not recommend anyone living at this apartment complex, primarily due to ongoing and unresolved maintenance issues. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years, and while the first couple of years were manageable, the last 2 years have been extremely frustrating. Since August 2024, I have had continuous HVAC problems. During the summer, no cold air blows, and now in the winter, no heat works at all. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests, waited all day for maintenance and called the office numerous times to be told maintenance is coming, yet maintenance rarely comes if at all. This has left me living in extreme heat during the summer and below-freezing temperatures in the winter. There has been no follow-up, no accommodations, and no effort to ensure a habitable living environment. I understand that other residents may be experiencing similar issues or even worse and I have been very patient but regardless, management has a responsibility to uphold basic living standards and they have failed to do so. What was once a place I called home has become somewhere I no longer feel comfortable or safe living. I am extremely disappointed and cannot wait to move out.
