- GMGrayson MayneJun 2, 20202.0I hade zero problems until I was ready to move out. The lease that I signed was filled with contradicting and ambiguous material. In one part of the lease it said that if I didn't give 30 days notice for renewal my lease would automatically be void. Under deposit refunds, it stated that I needed to give 30 days notice or I wouldn't get my deposit back. Also, there was an array of other ridiculous things we needed to do to get our deposit back. They wanted the floors and carpets professionally cleaned and all the walls painted. I only lived in the house for a year. It was just ridiculous! Please reconsider renting from them! Is there a single honest rental agency in Hattiesburg?!!
