- LGLaKenzie GravesAug 30, 20251.0I lived here for six months and it was a nightmare. My ceiling was flooded and filled with mold ( I have several pictures). Maintenance took their time to fix it and painted over it. I asked for the air to be tested for mold and they had someone come out but “never got results back”. They painted over the ceiling instead of fixing the problem. Also don’t file a complaint with the leasing office they will never get around to it.

- ESEboni StevensonNov 4, 20242.0I am furious when I say that I am HIGHLY upset. For the past two years, my roommate and I have been battling a snake problem at these apartments! We have trouble entering and leaving the house. (Stood outside for 15mins waiting for it to leave) We have spoken out and provided photographic proof, but it is obvious that no one is attempting to address this problem! One photo is from November 1st and the other one is today November 4th. I'm afraid to take my little yorkie outside as well! We have also sought to put things down for it and taken issues into our own hands. That wouldn't work, or someone would come over and use the blower to remove it.

It's a very pet friendly environment with lots of kind neighbors who also have pets!
- LLLonnieSep 4, 20174.0I lived there 2 years. The apartments are in a great location to get anywhere in Hattiesburg quickly or to get out of Hattiesburg quickly. As other reviews have stated, maintenance is lacking. The facility is in decent condition. Theres a couple of nice pools, a playground and a nice gym. The tenants are mostly college and recent grads, so it gets loud on the weekend. I think the complex would be better served and would see vast improvement if there were more stringent screening of tenants. Management/Leasing staff are great and know how to treat people.
