    I lived here for six months and it was a nightmare. My ceiling was flooded and filled with mold ( I have several pictures). Maintenance took their time to fix it and painted over it. I asked for the air to be tested for mold and they had someone come out but “never got results back”. They painted over the ceiling instead of fixing the problem. Also don’t file a complaint with the leasing office they will never get around to it.

    Long POST The apartment community is a joke. I did not want to write this, However because of deception I must share. We relocated from Oklahoma and from the start we have been given inaccurate information. I was told there was five steps get to complex 14 stairs. I have a disability so that has been a struggle. We had to put in numerous work orders that were completed sloppy work. We even had someone utilizing our master bedroom toilet, leaving the toilet seat up. Numerous work orders were placed for roaches and we were told each time the work orders were complete. Well one day we were home all day and received a email that the work was completed. That was not true. We were home the entire day. When I called to inform front office staff, I was told all work orders for pest control are completed once placed in book for pest control. However I placed another one and was then told not to place a work order for pest control. In my opinion it was a cover up. So moving on to the next issue. We placed work order for master bathroom floor and tub to be replaced because of wood planks sloppy laid, it was never replaced now they wanna charge us for the sloppy work. We asked for weather stripping to be replaced in living room, the old stripping was reused and glued down. We were never able to use bedroom window because it was painted shut never fixed. We complained about small things, However we were paying $ 1395.00 A month so we deserved to have a habitable dwelling. Now that our lease renewal approaches and we decided to not renew and after being pressured to sign 2 months before lease expired we did. We were waiting to move out because of deception. Well we were able to get a home and we called the Assistant manager informed her that we were moving. She said we were ok nothing was needed because new lease has not started. Monday 1/6/2025. We were told we have to do a lease buy out for our new lease that has not started per corporate. When asked why this wasn't stated earlier we were told we have to pay $2000, because that's the policy. Of course further discussion was had and not only do we have to be deceived with inaccurate information we now owe$ 5500 total move out. We have to pay partial January for 10 days although we were told we only have to pay for the days we held occupancy, we also have to pay full month February $1454.00 and about $500.00 in March. Not to mention. So now as a person who believes is honesty and fair treatment, we will admit and take responsibility for our part. However when we are given information we expect accuracy and truth. With that being said, we need resources for a housing lawyer. We need to understand how this can be when we were given false information. We have asked if we can go through and clean up what we can to reduce the bill, since legally we are the tenants under contract to this unit. In my heart we feel it's retaliation for numerous complaints. We feel this is wrong on so many levels.

    Amazing place to live!! Staff are super quick to help with any issues or maintenance orders I need, and my favorite team members are David and Jhon, but everyone does great job!

    Staff all great but really appreciated my interaction with Michaela. She helped expedite our application as we needed to move in soon. She never made me feel like I was bothering her and always happy to help. Haven’t moved in yet but if the service is anything like what we experienced with Michaela then it will be great.

    I have gone to the office, and told them twice about a constantly leaking shower head, and they have not even had a person come look at it. Broken gate on a gated apartment complex meaning anyone can come in. Gate has been broken a week. Nice people in front office just wish maintenance would do their job.
