- CDcody davisJan 28, 20251.0I lived here with a roommate for two years, and my roommate lived here for several years before me. The amenities are spectacular, and the office staff is very very friendly. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Until another resident, Nick Berden, decided to spit on my car 5 times in a month. When I reported this to the office, the staff never once mentioned it to Mr. Berden or his family he lived with. They continued to harass us while we lived there. Eventually, my roommate and I moved out because of this. Outside of this, our experience living here was great. I give a one star review because harassment should NEVER be tolerated, although it was.

- CBChancie BSep 9, 20171.0I have stayed in Hattiesburg for over four years and this by far the WORST experience I've had with maintenance and consistent lead ons of our things being fixed and it hasn't been done. Usually most apartment complexes have things ready before their tenants move in. This was not case and still not the case. I have experienced waiting over a month for a washer and dryer and when it is installed it doesn't work. Although the office staff are friendly, this experience is DISAPPOINTING!
