Been in it 4 years and have had a leaking roof due to nails holes that weren’t covered up,my house has flooded 3 times due to cheap plumbing,electrical problems, bumps in the floor, sagging bar, you name it it has happened! I hate this house and the amount of money it costs us. Beware do not buy from Clayton homes. They won’t help you when these problems happen. And it’s all due to cheap building and crappy builders. Non of it is because of us. We have had problems from day one!!!
