  Hi, My name is Dashua Ashford and i purchased the Farmhouse anniversary mobile home and i have to say the process wasn't as hard as i would have thought and i know it was because of Crystal at the Clayton Homes in Gulfport and i would like to thank her. She was very helpful and patient. She helped us through the process by keeping us informed on everything as well checking into things we was not quite sure of, she got information that we needed. . She was a tremendous help, kind and knowledgeable. If anyone needs a home i will definitely guide them in her direction she was awesome

  We stopped in just out of curiosity with no intention to purchase yet Ashley was so very accommodating and gracious. She took time and answered questions thoroughly. Again , even though no sale was in the picture.

  My family had a fantastic experience with Clayton Homes in Gulfport. The salesman‘s name was Chris Necaise and he was absolutely phenomenal and stayed in touch with us over the course of a year until my family was ready to purchase and we were so helpful in the entire process. The home was delivered this week and all of the people working on it have been incredibly professional, and my father who is a contractor is very very impressed with the way they set the trailer and the quality of the work. And he is very hard to impress! The home is gorgeous and has all the quality touches like drywall, sturdy wooden shelving in the closet, a fireplace, kitchen cabinets that go to the ceiling, ceiling vents, huge tub, and shower and a beautiful tray ceiling with wooden beams and gorgeous tiles. This is the second time our family has purchased a home from them in the last 20 years and I would highly recommend them.

  Crystal was a great agent, she helped my son and I buy a new home. She helped every step of the way and made the process super easy. I had to do very little on my part, highly recommend!
