  The manager is quick to respond to any question you may have and very kind and knowledgeable. The maintenance department are also quick to respond to every need, from a toilet that won’t stop running to a light bulb (kitchen overhead) requiring a ladder. They let you know if they will be there either that day or the next day they knock on the door if you’re home, you know they’re coming in. This is a fantastic place to live from the updated inside to the screened in patios. I can’t say enough about it. It’s great all the way around..

  This is a dream place! The apartments are lovely, the grounds beautiful and the staff is awesome. The manager, Ilene, couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Tammy showed me around, and was so nice and informative. These two ladies really know their business; very professional. I only wish we could have crossed paths earlier. I had been searching and searching, and finally found my apartment home. In love!

  I’ve lived in Ashford Place for 2 years now and love it! The staff especially Haley & Ilene are WONDERFUL and will help you in any way possible! I recommend this place to anyone in the Flowood area!!

  Ashford Place Apartment’s are a wonderful place to live! They are located in a great area off of Lakeland. The office staff and crew are very friendly and will go the extra mile to make you comfortable as a resident. The apartments are newly renovated and the common areas are always kept clean. I highly recommend these apartments.
