  We had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Brandi while going through the new apartment process from application to move-in. She was awesome—very patient, professional, and helpful every step of the way. The entire process was seamless from the Spring Lake side, which made the transition so much easier especially since we were going through this process while in a different state hundreds of miles away. Thank you, Mrs. Brandi!

  Mrs. Tyresha was a BLESSING to work with to secure my new apartment. I recently moved into Spring Lake Apartments after moving from Downtown Orlando, FL. The ENTIRE leasing staff made me feel more than welcomed, answered all the questions I had, & they were super quick to respond to my emails & maintenance requests. The apartment complex itself is very beautiful, well maintained including the grassy areas, and the noise in the complex is very low.
