  I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. I ended up breaking my lease early because of the constant frustration and lack of help. There were several important issues I needed resolved, and no one ever followed through. I was paying high light bills, and couldn't get any support on why my AC kept running etc. There are two women in the leasing office. One of them, Tish, was always decent and helped me with whatever she could. I really appreciated her effort. But the other lady I had to deal with was the complete opposite no follow-through, no sense of urgency, and overall made my situation worse every time I went in because no one answers the phone. It felt like nothing ever got handled! I also reached out to the regional a couple of times. I called, emailed, and was told she would get back to me, but I never heard from her not once. That lack of communication from someone in her position was unacceptable and honestly just showed me that they don’t care at all. With everything adding up no help, no communication, no accountability I chose to leave before things got any worse. This entire experience was stressful, disappointing, and absolutely not worth it!!!!

  When I first moved in it was noted that we had a loose outlet. Our oven was also not working, when I asked it ti be fixed I was informed I must not know how to work an oven. Our fridge went out due to us changing the temperature slightly too cold. (If it’s a centimeter off it will stop cooling the fridge spoiling all your food)Eventually they came to fix it turns out it wasn’t hooked up correctly and informed us the outlet was fine. SPOILER alert it wasn’t fine and caught on fire. We called maintenance and they refused to come out and fix it for week. I broke down in tears begging them to fix it so they finally came. We also had issues with mold coming from a leak in the upstairs unit. The first time they came to fix it by spraying for the mold. I was told that it’s my fault for taking too hot showers. It took months for them to take me seriously. As you can see from the photos actively leaking from the ceiling, my hot showers were not at fault. They kept insisting that it’s harmless ”mildew” growing everywhere and were upset that I use the term mold…. Mildew is a specific type of mold.

  Terrible apartments. Terrible management. Mold ridden everywhere. knock on five doors I’ll bet my paycheck that either that person has mold or one of their neighbors does. We had to move out early because my fiancé could not breathe due to the mold. They knew about it for months and didn’t fix it until after we moved out. Seriously, do NOT move here.
