    Today I did an apartment tour at Windsor Lake and had a fun time. Phil was very helpful in answering any and all questions I had. The property was well maintained and felt very welcoming. It felt like somewhere familiar even though this was my first time coming to the property. I would definitely say the energy is a plus. Thanks Phil

    Phil, in the main office is phenomenal! Professional, timely and knowledgeable!! He’s what this complex needed! He hasn’t been here long but he came right in and started turning this apartment community around and I appreciate it! Way to go Phil!
