I have lived here for almost three years now and my lease was about to end, unknown to me, the complex was not renewing leases so that they could renovate. I never received an email, a call, a note, absolutely nothing from the office. I had to find out from a neighbor whom was essentially getting kicked out of her apartment too. Mary, who I have talked to a few times has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. Leaving herself her own five star review is hilarious when everyone is leaving one star reviews because of the office staff.
- HRHalee RoanJun 9, 20251.0I have never been the type to leave poor reviews, but this has been the WORST tenant experience & 12 months of my life & I want everyone to be aware. The staff in the office from the beginning of my lease has been rude, unhelpful, and genuinely just unprofessional. I have complained about issues in my apartment that have NEVER been fixed or even brought back to my attention. I can’t use the ice maker in my “brand new” fridge because it’s moldy & they won’t replace the filters like they’re supposed to nor get rid of the mold. When I first moved in they lied & told me they flushed the hot water heater only for them to tell me they really didn’t once it became an issue because the hot water heater barely keeps the water hot for longer than 5 minutes.. I have gone to take my garbage to the dump on SEVERAL occasions for it to be piled out to the sidewalk for weeks, but I work out of town & have people watching my apartment while I’m gone & they left a bag of garbage at my front door & I got a “warning” email. When I can’t even park at my building half the time because the people violating the amount of vehicles you can have in the complex & get no reprimand. Or the amount of garbage that’s all over the place & the maintenance people spend their times sitting in empty apartments doing nothing. Mary in the office is completely rude & hateful. I had to kick Amy roommate out & she basically told me to go find another apartment complex because I wouldn’t be able to afford it 😂 She even left herself a good review on here which is super unprofessional & weird. For $1600 every month never missing a payment & constantly getting grief over little stuff is ridiculous. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. Wasting my time & money & never feeling at home is not okay. They let kids run this apartment complex & it shows.
