  You put a maintenance request in one day and nothing gets addressed except slander from other neighbors.

  I want to start by saying these apartments are very spacious and overall pretty much has anything you would need in an apartment but the apartments come with quite the maintenance . I will have lived here almost 2 years at the end of December and we’ve already had our heater and AC repaired. Now almost not even a year later it has gone out again and it went out randomly. Our AC nor heat will work and it happened the night we are expecting 20 degree weather. We called the emergency line once and someone came out and repaired it but this time no one came and repaired it since it happened around 9ish at night. I usually wouldn’t care and would just double up on blankets but I have a 3 month old now that I have to try to make sure is warm through the night because management can’t send someone near us to fix it or even look at it. Also, we have had numerous leaks in this apartment causing an unstable water bill pretty much the whole time we have been living here. Our bill is always sky high and they may or may not adjust it. The bottom of our sink area is all cracked up because of the major leaks it’s endured. We have had numerous water outages here since living here where a company would have to come and work on the water situation and their would be no water. Just a couple weeks ago everyone was without water for a full day and the company doesn’t compensate for that they just tell you they’re sorry and they don’t know when it’ll be back on as if we all don’t need the water. This company is money hungry and no matter what you go through in your apartment they expect the rent to be paid on time or else they are quick to add a court date paper on your door. We are paying rent to have emergency services when needed and an actual plumber to come repair or look for leaks. A lot of the issues would be resolved if they let maintenance stick to the normal fixations and actually hired people that are certified to work on the HVAC systems and leaks. I wanted to not have to write a review but sadly last night after being left with no heat and it’s 27 degrees outside with a 3 month old I really don’t care at this point to expose our issues here.

  An unknown friend of mine said that the rooms look NOTHING like the photos but he did say that everything else was great and the pool was clean and he plays tennis a lot and He works out a lot at the weight place🤏🏻

  The maintenance staff at Bridgewater is amazing and always friendly. Nick, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my AC unit was fixed. It was nearly midnight when I made the maintenance request. He came promptly to check it out, and he was still extremely polite and professional given the time. He also followed up the following morning just to make sure it was properly fixed.
