  This was my first time staying at an apartment, and I’ve gotta say that it was a wonderful first home for me. I was welcomed by the incredibly nice staff, and I walk in to a really well sized apartment; settling in was incredibly easy for me. Especially as someone who has trouble adjusting to new places. The scenery is really nice, the maintenance was helpful when needed, and there were community events that were nice. Was really sad about leaving behind a wonderful apartment when I had to eventually move out for my job, but I’d 100% recommend this to anyone who’s trying to find an apartment in Biloxi.

  These 5 star reviews are bogus IMO. Notice that they are all four and five months old. I’m sure the office staff got their friends to write those. I talk to a lot of people when I’m out walking I haven’t spoken to a single person that loves it here. There is dog crap everywhere. It is a veritable minefield trying to walk a dog. They have a sign saying that they test poop and fine the owners but when you call the office they say that the poop has to be less than 24 hours old. I don’t believe that they even try. My rent started at 1300. A few years later it’s at 1800. They are charging $5 per month for the gate maintenance and $25 for amenities. How is that the tenant’s responsibility to pay for the gate? The gate was always broken. It was only repaired when about 6 cars/trucks were stolen. Maybe it will work since we’re having to pay for it now. I don’t use that pool that has a sign that snakes might be present. I don’t use that two piece of equipment gym. Why should I pay for things that I don’t use? The only upgrade that we have seen was under cabinet lighting. Who the heck wants that? How about replacing these ugly, cheap, shaking white fans? I promise you that you can find somewhere nicer and cheaper than this place to live. People are moving out of here as fast as they can. I pray that I don’t have much longer here. And there plenty of snakes because it’s between a lot of woods and water. Don’t come here!!!xxxxxxx This is my response to the owner. I definitely am a resident. I am not using my real name because I do not want to be retaliated against while I live here. Calling the office does absolutely nothing to resolve ANY issue. There was a while when there was a new manager every month. Do you ever visit this property without giving the staff notice? Try it. Knock on some doors and talk to some residents. It will be eye opening. I will be happy to give you my full name after I have moved.

  When I first began the application process, I felt that Lagniappe was unorganized. However, after moving here and new management and office staff, this place is an amazing place to live. It is so clean, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Mallory helped me through the whole process and she is the best!! Maintenance is always on top of things and this is turning into such a beautiful and nice place to live. There are so many activities and fun things the complex organizes. I love it here, and if you decide to move here, you’ll love it too!
