  The Coolest Staff On Mississippi Coast and a amazing Family Atmosphere with great Customer Service that provides a comfortable and great living experience. Clean Pool, Gym, and Sauna and liable 24hr Maintenance, I'm happy to call it Home!!!

  My husband & I have lived here for almost 2 years and we love it! Cindy & Kim are wonderful and both of our maintenence men are quick to handle any issues that may arise. We haven't had any issues with pests as pest control comes around regularly. This is a quiet community & everyone is friendly.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If six stars were possible, Royal Gulf Apartments would earn all of them. I’ve lived at Royal Gulf Apartments since 2023, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. This community is beautifully maintained, welcoming, and truly feels like home — and that’s because of both the location and the incredible people who run it. First, the location is unbeatable. You are literally right at the beach, which never gets old. On top of that, the amenities are fantastic: a dog park that’s perfect for pet owners, a beautiful pool, a sauna for relaxing, and a well-equipped gym that makes it easy to stay active without ever leaving the property. Everything you need is right here. What really sets Royal Gulf apart, though, is the staff. Cindy, the property manager, is truly exceptional. She is professional, kind, responsive, and clearly takes pride in the community. She makes residents feel valued and heard, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. Kim, the assistant manager, is equally wonderful. She’s friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Any time I’ve needed assistance or had a question, Kim has handled it quickly and with genuine care. And a huge shoutout to Terry on the maintenance team — absolutely top-notch. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, and Terry consistently goes above and beyond. He’s knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. The grounds are clean, the amenities are well cared for, and issues are addressed quickly. There’s a real sense that the staff here genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Royal Gulf Apartments isn’t just an apartment complex — it’s a beachside community run by people who truly care. I’m grateful to live here and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable place to call home. Thank you, Cindy, Kim, and Terry, for making Royal Gulf Apartments such an amazing place to live. Six stars all the way: Rent an apartment here. You will not regret it.

  I have lived at Royal Gulf since 2021. I have been in a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment. Both have been amazing and cozy. The entire complex is quiet, well maintained, and safe. They love our pets like they are family, which is huge to any pet owning family. The renting price has always been affordable for the wonderful location. Cindy in the office has always made time to take care of anything i have ever needed. Overall, this is one of the best places I have called home before.

  Royal gulf apartments is amazingly quiet and safe place to live. I have lived here for 2 years and have never had any problems. The property manager, Cindy and assistant manager, Kim are awesome at working with you, and they know my kids by name. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient on getting any problems fixed. The pool & landscape is always clean and maintained. The bark park is small and quaint, but my old girl, Daisy Mae loves to run around in it. My family (the Palmer/Miller Clan) loves this place.
