The apartments contacted me the day after, I submitted the work order and told me that they have no access to get into my apartment due to them not having a key too my apartment??? This is the third time that they had lost my keys and that I had bring them another copy of my keys??? They must of not got my key back from maintenance which, seems to have been the issue/problem before in the past being as this is going to be the third set of lock that they made me pay for and replace because they keep losing my key to my apartment. But they didn't seem to have a problem getting in my apartment and coming in while I was sleeping just two days ago (unannounced) to do the A/C duct repair.

I was never late on rent.. ever .. I stayed to myself and out of the way. I work full time so I wasn’t home much. They decided randomly in the middle of winter last year I couldn’t renew my lease out of no where . No explanation. No response . Nothing. They put me and my son out in the middle of winter as well as towed my vehicle to the middle of the city because I was having plate renewal issues.
