  The display was extremely outdated. They didn't call us with any update as to the progress of our application. Therefore we found a home for rent.

  The assistant apartment manager was AHMAZING! Though heavily pregnant, she took the time to show us the property, explaining things simply but professionally. If she didn’t know something, she was honest and said so, but that she would direct me to someone who did know.

  It was great customer service was easy, it was like talking with a family member they tend to your needs and help fully support you if anything is not correct i feel this place as a home not just a community...

  The maintenance issue has not been resolved. The apartments contacted me the day after, I submitted the work order and told me that they have no access to get into my apartment due to them not having a key too my apartment??? This is the third time that they had lost my keys and that I had bring them another copy of my keys??? They must of not got my key back from maintenance which, seems to have been the issue/problem before in the past being as this is going to be the third set of lock that they made me pay for and replace because they keep losing my key to my apartment. But they didn't seem to have a problem getting in my apartment and coming in while I was sleeping just two days ago (unannounced) to do the A/C duct repair.
