  My wife and I have lived here for a few years now. We love everything about this place. The front office is incredibly helpful and the maintenance crew is friendly, timely, and trustworthy. After this snow storm we just had, our entire complex parking lot is completely clear. We appreciate how much time and effort is put back into the property.

  We have lived here for a couple months now and love it! They helped us get in on such short notice, were quick with responses during the move in process and getting us settled! There’s so many walkways making it great for people who love to walk! Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The only suggestion i would have is to put up more poop bag/trash stations! The complex is so large, it’s great for taking your dogs on walks i just wish there were more poop stations throughout!

  I love living here! They have so much to offer! I moved here while selling my home of many years and I couldn't be happier. The staff is outstanding and made the move seamless. The maintenance staff is excellent. Being pet friendly really sets them apart with a fenced in dog area on site. So peaceful and quiet. The walking path is beautiful with a pond full of ducks that you can feed. The pool is always clean and inviting. I looked at several other apartments in the area and none of them compared to Aventura Wentzille. I was looking for something off the beaten path but still close to stores, etc. Everyone has been so accommodating. Aventura Wentzville is the perfect place for me! I plan on making this my home for quite some time!!
