  My wife and I have lived here for a few years now. We love everything about this place. The front office is incredibly helpful and the maintenance crew is friendly, timely, and trustworthy. After this snow storm we just had, our entire complex parking lot is completely clear. We appreciate how much time and effort is put back into the property.

  My husband, son and I have lived here the past 2 years and have enjoyed every moment! Blaine and Mike at the office are so genuine and helpful. The maintenance staff is so respectful and always willing to help. My husband and I have been renters for 8 years and have lived in 6 different apartments. Aventura is hands down the best one we’ve found! Doesn’t get much better, highly recommend 🤩
