- RHRyan HaslagSep 15, 20241.0NEW MANAGEMENT: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I lived at this property for almost 2 years and was looking into renewing. I went online to check pricing and found my exact floor plan for around $400/cheaper a month. Of course, I called management and said I'll take that unit and price and do a lease transfer. The manager told me "Let me look into that and I'll get back to you". He then went and leased the available apartment and called me back after doing so to tell me there was some "confusion" and acted as if the unit "accidentally" got signed during the time of him looking into it and I wouldn't be able to get that price. Of course, this was a lie and was strategically planned on his part to keep a higher rate locked in on my unit. I moved out a month later and my exact unit is now available again for that same, cheaper price ($500 LESS A MONTH). These people are unbearable to deal with. They will lure you in with a reasonable rent price and then when you are ready to renew they will hit you with a $4-500 rent increase while new customers continue to get the deals and say "that's the best they can do, just let me know what you would like to do". Also, somehow there are constantly issues with the trash overflowing and the amenities haven't been updated in years. Tenants are constantly moving in and out of this place due to the terrible management and manipulative marketing tactics. The ownership team has another property and as a result, the management are hardly ever there and it is virtually impossible to get ahold of them. All of the reviews on this place are really old and don't reflect the actual experience anymore.
