  Do not use even if super desperate!! Our family has been on a roller coaster for months with them. They first lowballed our house value and when we felt we had no other choice we accepted their offer. Their inspector was so full of it claiming stuff was messed up when it wasn't or something was there when it wasn't (like a garbage disposal, he claimed it worked perfectly, we haven't had one in here since right after we moved in). The closing date kept getting pushed further back until less than a week before we were supposed to close when they offered quite a bit less than the offer we accepted and when we said we couldn't do that They canceled the contract 3 days before we were supposed to close. We've lost so much time, thousands of dollars and not to mention the mental anguish we've been suffering with. Their "partners" they had come over were actually investors. They were trying to sell our house before they even owned it! Seems extremely suspicious to me. I wouldn't recommend this company to someone I hated, let alone someone remotely even liked.

  Do not even think about dealing with these people. Everything they promise is a lie. Lots of wasted time, Money and stress. Cancelled "contract" Less than 3 days from closing. These people just want to screw you over.

  I wish I could express to each of the people at Chris buys homes how great they all have been and how they made me the hoppiest person alive. Ben Domingo and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy and treated fairly from start to finish with all the decisions I made regarding the sale of my property and trust me I had no clue what I was doing and when they could have taken total advantage of that they didn’t and I walked away on top and a total winner. This company is the smart, and safe choice for anyone looking to sell their home regardless of the reason. You can walk away with confidence knowing you made the right decision, and got the fairest price possible, and as far as I’m concerned that’s priceless and I can’t thank them all enough for helping me out the way they all did. Thanks guys!

  I needed to close quickly and I couldn’t get everything out. They worked with me and we closed in 30 days. Great experience

  Danny and Zoe made this process so simple and fast. We were blown away with how fast we were able to close on our home. They even made accommodations for us to sell our home in Indiana while living on the east coast!
