After owning a few homes, I found everything in one place with not a lot of housework to worry about. The appliances are excellant, the floors, easy to clean. I found more time now to live a quiet nice life and not worry about fixing everything that broke as happen in my houses. Management cares and everything is quiet and a lot of parks, rivers, and a lake nearby to walk the dog or enjoy outdoor activities. Great place to downsize, and no more house worries. Management quick to repond and everything close by to drive. Recommend highly. You will be pleased.

The pool and gym are top notch 😁 and Savannah is very helpful and knowledgeable plus shes always very friendly and will try her best to fix whatever issue there is. Ashley is amazing as always very nice and helpful.

I love the finishings, the quartz countertops, and the W/D combo. Also Valley Park is like 20 minutes from everywhere in STL and right off the 44 highway! Best apartment I've ever lived in!
