  Ultimately, we are getting our house. That is the only reason why I clicked "recommend". To his credit, Doug, our salesman, has taken/returned all phone calls, & I don't know how much more he could've done. My complaints is about the delivery & setup timeline. Our home was complete in the factory on Oct 17th. We did our walk through on Halloween & Tim, the GM, said we'd be in by Thanksgiving. It is now Dec 1st, & our house is only halfway done being setup. Admittedly, some of this is delayed due to weather, which is understandable. But as it stands, we are praying to just have keys 3 weeks past the date we were told which has been very frustrating. Most of the process has been smooth & easy, but since our home was completed in the factory, it has been a disappointment.

  They have nice homes,great selection and price. Very helpful employees. Krista was very nice and really knowledgeable with what we are looking for.
