  Recently purchased a manufactured home from this company and the finance through 21st Century Mortgage went through extremely fast with good communication. American Family Homes in Tro, MO got the home set in a very timely matter and they were not happy with the way the manufacturer was doing the trim out so they went above and beyond to make sure that we got moved into our home in a timeframe that we were hoping for. They put their whole crew on it and got the work done and told me to go through and find anything that I wasn’t comfortable with, and they would get it taken care of which they have. Really appreciate the timely manner and the professionalism of this company. I would definitely recommend them for any purchase of a manufactured home.

  This company is absolutely horrible they give you,Use product They lie the only way they get a star from me is the only way. You can put something on here. They don't give you the merchandise you paid for they don't. Set the building up properly they don't care about their workmanship anybody that gave them a 5 star is probably family or friends. You will never get your paperwork They lied to you about everything. I can prove anything that I say. I'm sure they will write a response to this trying to make me a liar that for sure is one thing I am not
