  Recently purchased a manufactured home from this company and the finance through 21st Century Mortgage went through extremely fast with good communication. American Family Homes in Tro, MO got the home set in a very timely matter and they were not happy with the way the manufacturer was doing the trim out so they went above and beyond to make sure that we got moved into our home in a timeframe that we were hoping for. They put their whole crew on it and got the work done and told me to go through and find anything that I wasn’t comfortable with, and they would get it taken care of which they have. Really appreciate the timely manner and the professionalism of this company. I would definitely recommend them for any purchase of a manufactured home.

  Dont buy these trailers, poorly built, the trim is compressed cardboard with paper glued on it. Theres no plywood on the exterior, just Styrofoam used as a vapor barrier and its not even glued to the wall wich causing drafts and moister build up that is causing black mold to grow. Took almost 4 years to replace my back door because of leaking and missing hardware and was leaking wich caused the floor infront of the door to rot. Cant access the water heater drain to flush because of the way it was plumbed. All of the mounting wood for the skirting is molding and rotting because of the condensation from poorly installed Styrofoam and no vapor barrier. The windows are held together with double sided tape and no insulation installed around windows and doors. Aluminum door frames acting like dehumidifier in winter time causing constant water build up at the door wich is causing black mold to grow. If i want this house to last more than 6 years, i will have to take off all the siding and all the Styrofoam and replace it with OSB and a proper vapor barrier and rip out all the drywall around the windows and doors and outlets, because of no insulation behind them. I moved in during 2018 new trailer. I would give pictures but the review will not let me.

  Just did not care for their interior designing in most of what I saw for the money that they cost. With exception to one model, everything was over $100.000 and not what we were looking for. Not worth over $200.000
