Chosen (property manager) is NOTHING but disrespectful when you need to resolve anything regarding my apartment and other tenants. They can never answer the phone or communicate about anything. If you didn’t know, they’re currently STILL in a lawsuit over screwing people out money saying rent wasn’t paid when it was! That’s exactly what happened to me. I’m a young girl living with other roommates and they treat me and my roommates as if we don’t know what we’re talking about. This company only wants your money, they do not care whatsoever about delivering helpful and PROFESSIONAL service. They just want your money. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE Edit: funny enough they lie and say there was no communication whatsoever when I’ve been in contact with them multiple times and each time it’s nothing but disrespectful behavior. Do NOT let them bully you. I was told we could buy out our lease due to roommate conflict but then was told if we do that there is NO guarantee we can still leave. Do not let them scare/manipulate you ESPECIALLY if it’s your first time moving out. This place and management is an actual joke
