- KKKJMar 23, 20265.0I’ve been living in this building for the past two years and had a very positive experience. Common areas are kept clean, no issues with package deliveries, and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues. I had to file a noise complaint on occasion and they were quick to address this as well. Community manager (Kate) is fantastic. I think this is probably one of the best places to live in CWE and would recommend it.

Pros: proximity to work and restaurants, 5 minute walk to Forest Park (beautiful trails), excellent property manager in Tim (very flexible and accommodating to changing situations), obviates the need to drive to work Cons: rent reflects these positives Very positive experience, highly recommended
- AZAnita ZimmermanJun 3, 20205.0My fiancé and I were really sad to leave the Euclid but it was time for us to move into a house. The Euclid has a prime location in the CWE and personally it was so convenient to walk to work (WashU/BJH). We lived one year in a one bedroom and another year in a two bedroom. Both apartments were in “like new” condition, appliances in great condition, AC and heat worked well with the St. Louis weather extremes. We also had a great young professional community also in the building and I met some of my closest friends there. I rarely ever heard my neighbors though sometimes you can hear the action on Euclid St—we never minded it because we loved the floor to ceiling windows. We spent a lot of time in the gym which had the basic necessities, and we are so bummed we left before the newly renovated gym and sauna got installed. All in all great experience there. Definitely a great place to live.
