  I am sooo satisfied with my place of stat hibernia 2nd phase the oold ciy # 1 hospital the Georgians . From the whole start process rrom completting the applicaton up tho moving in and finally settling for aboit 6months now has been amazing 🌟 Ms. jeannie is the absolute bestest she is verty professional hard working and determined to get the applicant succeeding the applicant to move in it had been lots of road blocks and slow ups before i finally was able to move it but when i say she got the job done she did it for me even doe she has resigned from the company for thr top tier property manager i will never forget her 🌸🌸 but ik where she lands she ir definitely gonna fly so thank hinernia and georgian team Mason & Reggie for representing her spot coming in and just managing it so very well i look foward to years upcomg coming with this place july 15th 2026 will mark my year anniversary fot resigning in my olace of stay thank you all so very much ❤️❤️🌟 blessings

  I moved in recently and the experience has been great. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. They are understanding and considerate of my needs. The maintenance staff Brandon showed up in only 1 hour after I placed a work order for my garbage disposal. He even tightened my loosen kitchen faucet without me asking.

  Friendly office staff but they are unable to do anything beyond signing leases. Elevator is regularly broken. No lockout service. Additional charge to not have mail thrown in a pile on the floor. Gym is small but nice.

  ****UPDATE***** 03/15/22 To the Owner response my name has nothing to do with my review!! It’s an email name it’s not my birth certificate! Furthermore You replied in a smart mouth tone instead of using your soft skills assuring you will start to make everyone feel equally the same! Don’t be ignorant! I bet Michele was the one whom responded as we’ll definitely looks like something she would say! I really hope we get new management soon! And if you were so focused on 5 star reviews it would be shown from previous residents. One of the new property managers at the Clayton location I believe her name is Michele Singler, very unpleasant to talk to and not welcoming at all and does not speak to the residents, we pay too much money here to feel as if we are not welcomed! Customer Service should be the main priority here, the other two are fine and don’t mind helping if we have an issue with the apartment. LaTasha & Chris should come back that group of managers really cared about the property and made residents feel welcome! You’d always see residents speaking highly of them, that’s the impression you should want as property managers honestly!
