- MMMeganOct 1, 20255.0He vivido aquí desde que se inauguró el edificio. Es mucho mejor desde que Muriel y Mia han estado aquí. Tenemos eventos mensuales, el edificio está limpio y cuidado y tenemos comodidades mejoradas. Si necesitamos que se expliquen las cosas o que tengamos preguntas, obtenemos respuestas rápidas por correo electrónico y eso me encanta. He estado aquí en la escuela y seguiré viviendo aquí después de la graduación. Estoy deseando que lleguen todas las nuevas comodidades una vez finalizada la construcción.

- BSBeverly SmithSep 30, 20251.0The place may be suitable for young college students that are technically savvy, however my 87 year old mother was forced to find another residence after losing everything in a tornado! Completely devastating for her. My mother insists on staying independent and opted on finding another place in the city. She chose this place. Since my mother is elderly and hearing impaired she needs a little more assistance than the average tenant to navigate the online payment system, door features etc. Unfortunately the staff is rude not only to my mother but me and my son who stayed with her for the first month to help her get situated. I live in Los Angeles a attempted to contact them regarding my mother's issue with paying her rent online. For some reason her security code to log in incoming to my phone number instead of hers. We called the leasing office. The staff I spoke to when I called were rude, condescending and impatient, stating they had nothing to do with my mother's issue. I spoke with two ladies in the office whose name both start with "M". Please hire staff that are more professional and dont feel like they are in a position of power and unable to be effective on the job! My mom pays rent. She is not a charity case but just needs a little more assistance, patience and compassion while she attempts to acclimate in the new environment. There is no need to be rude to an elderly lady with hearing impairment. My mom is so frustrated because she cant get any assistance from the staff and she is ready to move. Kindness goes a long way! Shame on you Delmar Divine! Do better! Train your staff to be polite to everyone! Even the ones that may need a little more assistance than your usually residents! Update: After I posted this review, Muriel from the leasing office called me in a confrontational manner expecting me to have an argument with her about the review I posted. She didn't call to apologize or see how she could make things better. She actually acted as if I should apologize to her for posting this review. She is extremely unprofessional to call me and confront me like this.
