  3 years ago I would've never written a 5 star review, but let me tell you what's changed and why I think the Georgian is a great place to live. 3 years ago the corporate landlord that ran this place worked in Creve Coeur and NEVER set foot in the Georgian. If you had a minor issue, you had to send an email or leave a voicemail message into the void. No one ever got back to you and it really felt like no one cared. But ever since Chrysta and Mr. Clinton came along about a year ago, everything changed. The lobby is clean, the coffee station is always fresh, and any minor issue I have is handled almost immediately (or within a day or so). These two have made a world of difference and are the reason I signed another lease. Sure, some of these old stories are true, but there were different people running the show here then. I haven't been happier since Chrysta and Clint showed up and made this place feel more like a real community and home. They've been here now for a year and it's made a world of difference. Thank you both for being here and for caring about the residents like you do. We would be lost without you!

  Do yourself a favor and do not rent this place. Elevators have been out for 4 months now! The new management promised to have it fix soon but they do not care. Imagine how life is living on higher floors. Shame on these people that treat us like this. They dont even give updates. This company is horrible and trust me there is way more other problems with this property that I will list on my next reviewonce I Leave this property as soon as possible.

  Well currently we supposedly have a homeless man living here and they refuse to anything besides tell us to call 911 if he is spotted (super safe right?). Trash fills the hallways and outside bins. Office is never open, workers never there! When she is there she is VERY rude and passive aggressive. I see why a lot of people are not renewing. The property is just going down the drain. Maintenance doesn’t even repair anything (LAUGHABLE EVEN), IF they do come in to do repairs they wreak of marijuana. Residents have loud parties on the first floor and let random guest in or just prop the doors open, which is why we probably why we have a squatter in the building that they cannot find. Crime is non stop, the gate is always broke every month, elevator 1&2 always down. “Coffee Machine” is ALWAYS disgusting. Mail delivery is very unclear, they just sit packages anywhere and they are stolen and office workers will tell you that there is nothing they can do. Very disgusting, very poor, not worth the money. Small fake luxury apartments for sure! Can’t wait until I can move from this piss poor location! Also Cindy, the property manager needs to fire every last worker in the office and building. If possible she neeeds to fire HERSELF.
