  I cannot say enough how much I love living here! The units are awesome with high ceilings and beautiful kitchens, and the coffee bar is such a plus! Chad in management has been super helpful too, with fast responses to question and maintence request.

  Do yourself a favor and do not rent this place. Elevators have been out for 4 months now! The new management promised to have it fix soon but they do not care. Imagine how life is living on higher floors. Shame on these people that treat us like this. They dont even give updates. This company is horrible and trust me there is way more other problems with this property that I will list on my next reviewonce I Leave this property as soon as possible.

  I've had REALLY bad luck with stl rentals, so maybe I have low standards. Pros -I feel safe in my home. -I feel relatively safe in the gated lot and in the building at night. -Generally clean -Location. Field Foods, Soulard, Lafayette Square. Can't beat it. -my unit has an arch view and tons of light -they answer most maintenance requests relatively quickly -relatively quiet neighborhood (inside the building) Cons -once a week or so, my apt smells like marijuana, because one of my neighbors likes to smoke -packages do get stolen occasionally -rent/parking is a little steep -sometimes management can be hard to reach, especially because they're rarely in the office Honestly, I'd renew. After having really awful rental experiences in STL, a beautiful home in a safe location is worth the cons.

  Worst place we’ve ever lived. i found black mold & the maintenance man said “there’s no such thing as black mold”. The humidity inside the apartment was 80% and they brought in a loud dehumidifier that raised our bill by $200. Every time I showered the fire alarm went off and there were puddles of water all over the floor from how humid it was. Oh and there were centipedes and black worms everywhere. I came home on 4th of July and the dumpster was on fire, the leasing company did nothing and just asked for a picture, so my boyfriend and a few other residents helped put it out. They changed leasing companies 3 times within 2 months. Refused to answer phone calls and maintenance request. I ended up messaging the leasing companies ceo on instagram (he didn’t answer). We talked to many other residents who had filed lawsuits against them. Do not live here.
